Overview
The Command Centre is your primary interface for monitoring social intelligence in real-time. It provides a customisable dashboard with widgets that display metrics, trends, sentiment data, and alerts from your connected data sources and deployed agents.
Dashboard Widgets
Available widget types include:
- Metrics Cards - Display key performance indicators with trend arrows
- Sentiment Gauge - Real-time sentiment distribution across your monitored topics
- Trend Charts - Time-series visualisation of engagement, reach, and mentions
- Live Feed - Streaming updates from your social channels
- Agent Status - Monitor your deployed autonomous agents
- Alert Panel - Critical notifications requiring attention
Customisation
Drag and drop widgets to rearrange your dashboard. Resize widgets by dragging their corners. Each widget can be configured individually to show specific data sources, time ranges, and filters.
